Kesha’s 'animal instincts' made her urinate in a sink.

The 'Tik Tok’ singer – who famously relieved herself in a basin in a London pub while her friend Lily Allen sang to her – claims she had no control over her actions because needing the toilet is an innate human function.

She said: 'People made a big deal about me peeing in the sink but that wasn’t that shocking. I wasn’t even drunk. It’s an animal instinct as a human and as an animal. I had to pee. And outside there’s paparazzi everywhere – what am I supposed to do? I accept it’s uncouth. But it’s just being an animal.'

The 22-year-old singer is very excited about the release of her debut album 'Animal’ on January 5, but is unhappy with the way she has been compared to so many other music stars on her rise to fame.

She explained: 'I think it’s cool that people think I’ve got the swagger like Mick Jagger, but that’s not just what I’m about.

'I like the early Madonna comparison but I just don’t get the Lady Gaga or Katy Perry comparisons at all. I don’t sing like them or dress like the. So someone please explain to me how we are similar – apart from that we all have vaginas.'
